Shamsul and his associate both provided an excellent, transparent and supportive service. They were 100% polite, professional and reliable. I cannot thank them enough. Shamsul particularly was very knowledgeable and friendly, and they helped me remove some very fire-unsafe spotlights and provided me with good advice on replacement parts and future maintenance. Thoroughly recommend.
